Service SMEs

Artificial intelligence in a service SME

Sorting incoming mail takes a part of every day, and it is nobody's job.

Your day, today

  • The same flow comes back every day: order tracking, availability, returns, invoices.
  • The request from a client who matters arrives between two routine follow-ups, with nothing to set it apart.
  • Everyone answers in their own way, and the company itself does not know what it has promised.
  • The sorting ends up resting on one person: their absence is enough to stop everything.

Your day, once the system is in service

Sorting the incoming mail
Each request is qualified and routed to the right person, with the context of the file.
The reply to repetitive requests
Prepared on repetitive cases: order tracking, availability, returns, invoices. You reread, you send.
The sorting rules, written down
Taken from your real exchanges during set-up, and written down: sorting no longer rests on one person.

The questions we are asked

Who sees our messages?

The system, under the access you set: read-only, or read and write, tool by tool. The connection goes through a consent you give yourself, and that you withdraw from your dashboard.

What if the system misfiles a request?

It stays visible and can be corrected, and a doubtful case is flagged rather than filed away. The sorting is adjusted on your feedback over the first weeks; the service subscription covers that adjustment.

The limits of the system

Nothing goes out to a client without a person having reread it, unless you decide otherwise at scoping. The scope is the mailbox: neither the telephone, nor live chat on your website.

Get in touch

Thirty minutes, by video call. We look at your documents and say what we can do, including when the answer is no.

Book a call

In writing. A person reads your message, and replies within 24 hours.
