Method

Each stage is decided separately, at a price settled before it begins.

None is billed by time spent.

STAGE 01

Diagnosis

not invoiced

Before the first meeting, we set the system up on your public documents: your website, your terms and conditions, your product sheets. The conversation therefore starts in front of a tool that works on your own texts.

We then examine your repetitive processes. The document you receive contains:

  • Your processes, ranked by what they cost today: the hours they take each month, the rework they impose, the delays they inflict on the rest of the company.
  • The software chosen for each one.
  • The order in which to handle them.
  • What changing nothing costs.

It is not invoiced, and you keep the document, whether you go further or not.

Your part in this stage: two to three interviews, and a few representative documents.

STAGE 02

Go-live

price settled in advance, payable at go-live

The engineer assigned to your company installs the chosen software and connects it to your systems: mailbox, files, accounting, management software. Your data is taken as it is: the spreadsheets assembled over the years, the codes that have drifted, the exceptions nobody wrote down.

Four things are written down with you before the work: what the system may read and write, tool by tool; the steps where a person validates; the documents it is allowed to rely on; the monthly spending ceiling. An access that the use case does not need is not requested.

A single use case goes into service, on the date agreed with you. The scope and the definition of “in production” are signed before the work begins.

If the date is not met, we do not invoice it.

Your part in this stage: a contact who knows the process, the access, and the availability of the people who will use the system.

STAGE 03

Training

included in the price, or given on its own

Your teams learn to run the system, and to handle the files it sends back to them, on their own files rather than on examples.

It is included in the price of every installation, and we also give it on its own, on the assistants you have already subscribed to.

Your part in this stage: half a day per group, and the real work to practise on.

STAGE 04

Ongoing service

monthly subscription, cancellable at any time

We supervise the system, we keep the software up to date, and we evolve the scope when your work changes. In your dashboard, you read what the system has handled, what it has sent back to a person, and the spending of each use case.

Nothing obliges you to continue: what we install belongs to you.

Your part in this stage: a monthly review, and reporting of poorly handled cases.
