Privacy policy
The data sent through this form (name, email address, message) is used only to reply to you. It is used to train no model, neither ours nor a third party's.
The data sent with your message. Besides what you write, the form sends the page you came from and, if there were any in the link that brought you, its campaign parameters — this is how we know which publication led to a message. The server also records your IP address.
Where it goes. The server that serves this website, in France, where the message is written; the contact@advazia.ch mailbox, at OVH; and Telegram, which alerts us that a message has arrived. Telegram is operated outside the European Union and outside Switzerland, without an adequacy decision: that transfer rests on your consent, and you can avoid it by writing directly to contact@advazia.ch. The same sending happens when you use the chat window, or when you book an appointment.
Audience measurement. The server counts the pages viewed without cookies and without any third-party service. It records the page, the time, the site you came from, your browser and its language, together with a fingerprint computed with a salt drawn at start-up and never stored: after the next restart, yesterday's fingerprints no longer match today's. We do not seek to know who you are, and nothing in this log is passed to anyone.
The data kept in your browser. This website sets no cookies. It does keep three pieces of information in your browser: your conversation's identifier and its history, which make the chat window work, and the page through which you first arrived. None is passed to a third party, and clearing the site's data erases them.
Legal basis. Your consent, and our legitimate interest in replying.
Retention. The message stays in the contact@advazia.ch mailbox, and a copy is written to a log on the server that serves this website. We delete them once your request has been handled, and at any time if you ask.
