An AI agency in Lausanne that installs the software, and keeps it running

“Agency” is the word people type; with us, it covers three EPFL-trained engineers, based in Lausanne, who install artificial-intelligence software in companies and keep it running. We sell neither a study without an installation nor a day of consulting: we deliver a system in production, at a price fixed before the work begins.

An agency whose hardware is in Lausanne, and that travels across French-speaking Switzerland

Our hardware is installed in Lausanne, in an installation shared with no other client. When a company has no hosting, we can host its system there, under Swiss law.

We can travel to the cantons of Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Valais and Jura. The diagnosis and the follow-up also take place by video call.

An AI agency installs four things, and the diagnosis says which

The augmented workstation: a conversation assistant, a search that answers from your documents and cites its source, and assistance inside your office software. The missing lever: your existing assistant subscriptions, completed with reusable procedures and connectors to your tools. The automation of one use case, fully autonomous or split by human validations. Support for digitisation, for paper files and scanned archives without text.

These four forms can be combined. The diagnosis establishes which apply to you, and in which order to take them.

The process is decided step by step, at a price fixed before each step

The diagnosis is not invoiced: we quantify what your repetitive processes cost today, and you keep the document. The production build has a price fixed in advance, due on commissioning; if the agreed date is not met, we do not invoice it. Training is included in the price of every installation. Upkeep is a monthly subscription, cancellable at any time.

Your data is processed where you decide, under the law you choose

Five options, written down at scoping: a server on your premises, our hardware in Lausanne, a Swiss host, a European host, or an American provider. The first three fall under Swiss law, and therefore under the Swiss data protection act. An American provider falls under the CLOUD Act, which lets a United States authority request access to your data, wherever the servers are.

Three EPFL-trained engineers, and a single point of contact

Albert Troussard and Maxime Perrot design and install the systems; Elena Dimitratchkova follows the projects and the adoption of the tools. One of them is assigned to your company and personally leads the diagnosis, the production build, the training and the upkeep.

What we install belongs to you: the software, the developments and the documentation are not proprietary, and your teams or another provider can take them over.

The questions we are asked

How much does an installation cost?

The price is fixed after the diagnosis, before the work, and it is due only on commissioning. We publish no price list: the diagnosis, which is not invoiced, says what your case requires.

Do we need to be in Lausanne to work with you?

No. The diagnosis and the follow-up take place by video call, and we can travel across French-speaking Switzerland. Lausanne matters for one thing: your data can be hosted there on our hardware, in Switzerland.

How is this different from an AI consultant?

A consultant hands over a report; we deliver a system in production and keep it running. The advice is included in the diagnosis, and the diagnosis is not invoiced.

Do you install open-source software, or commercial products?

We favour open-source software whenever it meets the need, and we test it on our own machines before keeping it. The catalogue is public. We install no software whose business model is your data.

What happens if we stop?

The installation stays yours: software, developments, documentation. Upkeep is a subscription cancellable at any time, and nothing obliges you to continue.
