An AI agency in French-speaking Switzerland, from diagnosis to upkeep

An SME in French-speaking Switzerland looking for an artificial-intelligence agency mostly finds promises about timelines. We prefer to say what we do: we install open-source software in your company, we connect it to your tools, and we keep it running. The diagnosis is not invoiced, and the price of the production build is fixed before the work begins.

An SME does not need a technical team to put AI into service

The engineer assigned to your company installs the chosen software and connects it to your systems: mailbox, files, accounting, management software. Your systems do not change. Your teams learn to run the system on their own files, and that training is included in the price.

Five trades in French-speaking Switzerland, and for each the work the system takes on

Fiduciaries and accountants: receiving documents, filing them, chasing the missing ones. Law firms and notaries: finding the relevant passage and pre-filling the deed, under professional secrecy. Construction and trades: the quote prepared from your price list, and scheduled follow-ups. Services and SMEs: sorting incoming mail and preparing replies. Industry and trading: matching invoices to purchase orders.

Each trade has its page, with the day before and after the system, and the questions we are asked.

The Swiss data protection act, and where your data is processed

You decide the place, and we install the system there. On a server on your premises, no third party can receive an access request. On our hardware in Lausanne or with a Swiss host, your data stays in Switzerland, under Swiss law, out of reach of any company subject to United States jurisdiction. A company that processes data of people based in the European Union also falls under the GDPR; a European host answers that case.

The system stops as soon as a judgement call is needed, and a person decides

We define together the moments where a human validates, and they are written into the scope before the work. The system answers from your documents and cites its source; a question left unanswered is flagged rather than reconstructed. Every installation includes a gateway: there you read the spend use case by use case, and there you set the ceiling.

An agency based in Lausanne, working across French-speaking Switzerland

We are three EPFL-trained engineers, and our hardware is in Lausanne. We can travel to the cantons of Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Valais and Jura; the diagnosis and the follow-up also take place by video call. We also work in France.

The questions we are asked

Do you work in Geneva, Fribourg or Valais?

Yes. We can travel across French-speaking Switzerland, and most exchanges take place by video call.

Does our data stay in Switzerland?

If you choose so, yes: on a server on your premises, on our hardware in Lausanne, or with a Swiss host. The choice is written down at scoping, and it can change later.

From what company size is it justified?

The diagnosis quantifies it, and it can conclude that it is not: on a low volume, an automation does not earn what it costs. We say so in that case.

How long does a production build take?

The date is agreed with you at scoping; if it is not met, the production build is not invoiced. We announce no standard timeline: it depends on the use case and on the state of your documents.

Which software do you install?

Widely deployed open-source software, tested on our own machines, with a public catalogue. What we develop is the layer between that software and your systems.
