Fiduciaries and accountants

Artificial intelligence in a Swiss fiduciary

A fiduciary's high-value work is the analysis. What fills the days is everything that precedes it: chasing documents, filing them, re-keying them, finding them a year later.

Your day, today

  • Documents arrive by message, as photos, as scanned PDFs, and sometimes in bulk on the 20th of the month.
  • The firm's first job is therefore not to analyse, but to put things in order.
  • There is always an invoice, a statement or a receipt missing, and the follow-up depends on someone's memory.
  • A question about the previous financial year costs binders reopened one by one.

Your day, once the system is in service

Filing the documents received
Each document received through your mailbox or uploaded to the application is identified and attached to the right client and the right financial year, including as a scanned PDF.
Chasing missing documents
Missing documents are detected, and the follow-up goes out on the planned date.
Finding an old entry
You ask the question in plain language, including about the previous year; the answer names the document and the passage.

The questions we are asked

Is this an analysis tool?

No. The analysis stays with your staff, and the system does not produce it. What it takes on is what comes before: documents filed under the right client and the right financial year, missing ones chased, and a question asked in plain language that finds the entry and the passage. Your colleague opens a complete file instead of assembling one.

Does it replace a member of staff?

No. The system takes over reception, filing and follow-ups. The person who carried them keeps the file, decides the doubtful cases, and becomes the system's point of reference.

Do our client files leave the firm?

You decide where your data is processed, and we install the system there: a server on your premises, our hardware in Lausanne, or a Swiss host.

The limits of the system

No accounting entry is validated without you. An amount that differs is put on hold and flagged; the decision belongs to the person who signs.
